Can anyone help me please?
I use the calendar to send out training invites for in-house courses we run and receive hundreds of responses. I have noticed that when I mark responses as read they still do not update the acceptance/decline in the meeting request. I have to manually open or preview pane each response for the calendar to update. Is there an easier way?? Shouldnt it automatically update the calendar once the response is received - whether it has been read or not????? I dont see why the calendar does not automatically update if you mark the item as read!! Its sooo time consuming. |

Hi Elana
Do the responses get moved to a folder by a rule? The Inbox Sniffer is the bit of Outlook that processes these automatically, and it only runs on the Inbox.
