Calendar Accept Meeting response without opening each acceptance
Can anyone help me please?
I use the calendar to send out training invites for in-house courses we run and receive hundreds of responses. I have noticed that when I mark responses as read they still do not update the acceptance/decline in the meeting request. I have to manually open or preview pane each response for the calendar to update. Is there an easier way?? Shouldnt it automatically update the calendar once the response is received - whether it has been read or not????? I dont see why the calendar does not automatically update if you mark the item as read!! Its sooo time consuming.

Do you have ToolsOptionsCalendar OptionsResource OptionsAutomatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations checked? -- Brian Tillman

Do the responses get moved to a folder by a rule? The Inbox Sniffer is the bit of Outlook that processes these automatically, and it only runs on the Inbox.
