Check this out... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937494

The third bullet point in the list describes something similar, so maybe the
fix will work for you. (You'll need to call Microsoft to get it though...)

Thansk for your help.
I applied the hotfix which initially crashed Outlook. I have 9 appointments
scheduled on this day. The number of appointments printed has increased to 4
with an arrow, and three (with an arrow) on screen.

There is also a cool little download from Microsoft

Thanks for your help
FYI I have 9 appointments scheduled on this one day. I applied the Hotfix
which initially crashed Outlook. The number of entries printed has now
increased to 4 with an arrow, and on screen it is 3 with the arrow. This is
most unsatisfactory and if not fixed may cause me to return to Outlook 2003

Thanks for your help. I have just installed this Printing Assistant, but can
see no difference at all to any menus (when I start the printing process)
that would indicate this 'assistant' is 'available.' What should I be seeing
please?

It will be a separate "sort" of program. It is on the Start menu, All
Programs,
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools.

Thanks Nikki
Yes, using this assistant does allow me to print a monthly calendar with the
day's appointments visible . Now I just need to see them all on screen from
within the program when I select 'a month's calendar (ie without the arrow)

do you need a month view? Will 2 weeks of a monthly grid work if day or week
views aren't acceptable? I' not sure how many more you'll see here -
probably not all 9.

Diane Thanks so much for this great 'workaround' and for introducing me to
your most interesting and useful site.
I have logged this a a 'bug' and have no other help from the Microsoft's
'online support professional' other than to say we're sorry, and try changing
your monitor resolution. NO THANKS! I suspect this is a function of all the
block colouring of the 2007 calendar and would be happy to switch this off.
