When making an appointment in my Outlook Calendar, Using XP version, How do i
automatically have the contact's mailing address show up in the subject line or locattion line. I do not want to be required to cut and paste in this information from the contact's details showing the mailing addrss. I want this to automatically be imported into the appointment so when i hold the mouse over the appointment on my calendar, it will drop down and show the address of the contact's appointment (along with the time of the appointment of course) |
