We have an Exchange Server 2003 SP3 with clients using Outlook 2000 and
Outlook 2003. Our Admin assistant has delegate permissions for one of the executive members. As part of her duties, she sends out meeting invitations regularly to a group from her own calendar. The meeting invitations and responses multiply in three of the executives mailboxes so that the executives receive all the responses. The admin assistant did have delegate permissions to all three executive calendars but we removed the permissions to two of the calendars in our first attempt to troubleshoot the excessive mail. The executives on the receiving end of all this extra mail are annoyed. The admin assistant is suggesting that she should not use the meeting invitation feature, but I do not want her to have to do that. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation. |
