Meeting staying in the calendar declined rather than being deleted
I have a pretty packed calendar - and I frequently have to decline meetings
due to conflicts However I would prefer that the meeting remained in the calendar in a declined state rather than being deleted - as frequently the conflicting meeting ends early or gets rescheduled - and I can attend after all I don't have this option as the meeting is deleted once I decline I tried replying tentatively - but people don't get the message that I have a conflict and that they should try and reschedule. I also tried copying myself on the declining reply - but the meeting still does not show in the calendar Any ideas?
