Default Preventing others from seeing my busy/free time

In an Exchange server, corporate enviroment, how can I prevent others from
seeing my free/busy time when they try to schedule a meeting? We are using
Office 2003. I have tried playing around with nearly all of the options under
tools-options-calander options, but others can still see my free/busy time
when they try to schedule me for a meeting. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
