Default all day events don't show up

I recently switched from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. I am not receiving any
notifications for my all day events. The Calendar is set to the right day, so
I am at a loss.

Thanks for your help, Diane. I don't know what the "cleanreminder switch" is,
but I'll try to look it up.
