Default How do I add the Label color option to my appointments screen?

Help!! I have Outlook 2000 and for some reason I've been unable to figure
how to activate the color label option for appointments that color codes them
in your calendar. I'm wondering...does version 2000 not have the feature?

My 2002 did but I can't find it here.

Please respond back to me also at this address :
