How do I restore all my old archived calendars so I can import it all back to
my handheld? I'm talking about years' worth of entries! (I have just reset the archive settings to Do Not Archive for here on out.) |

This sounds like what I need to do but I don't know how to copy all the items
back to my default calendar. Actually, I'm not sure I can fin the PST file where everything has been archived. If you could give step-by-step instructions, I'd really appreciate it. I need to hotsync back to my handheld. Thanks. -- Micky A. "Brian Tillman" wrote: L. Akemi L. wrote: How do I restore all my old archived calendars so I can import it all back to my handheld? Open each archive PST (FileOpenOutlook Data File in Outlook), open the calendar it contains, and either sync with that, if your sync software allows it, or copy all the items to your default calendar and then sync. -- Brian Tillman |

To find your archive folder, ask Outlook. FileArchive should show you to the default file Outlook uses when it archives. If that doesn't work, enable viewing hidden files and folders and search yuour hard drive for any PSTs. -- Brian Tillman |

Sorry. I thought I was in the existing topic. Assuming I can find the
archive, what steps are necessary to then actually copy the items to the original calendar. Thanks. -- Micky A.
