I am wondering if it is possible to setup a shared calendar for 3 separate
users(group calendar), but also setup reminders for due projects and have the reminders pop up on all three users calendar just to cover ourselves for these deadlines in case one user was out of the office for a period of time. |

Dear Paulsteps,
Outlook/Exchange do not support reminders from shared non default folders. You will need additional software for this function. Have a look on this site for a reminder manager: http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Share your contacts, calendars or e-mails http://www.publicshareware.com "paulsteps" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... Oliver (or anybody else),
How does Outlook 2003/Exchange support reminders from shared *default* folders. Specifically, I would like calendar event reminders created by one user to pop up at the designated time on the desktop of a second user. I am generally familiar with sharing default calendars, but am having trouble having a reminder pop up on two users' calendars. Thanks for any help. Outlook only supports firing reminders in your own mailbox or default PST
file and even then only from the default Inbox, Calendar, Tasks or Contacts folders. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Jeffrey Frankel" wrote in message ...
