instead of just deleting a completed appointment how do I remove it from the
calendar after it is completed?

You could have the auto-archiving properties for the Calendar folder set to
delete older items. "frog" wrote in message ... instead of just deleting a completed appointment how do I remove it from the calendar after it is completed?
