I just set-up a homenetwork with shared files for my Outlook email 2003. I
am able to share view my new email but it appears that I am not sharing my calendar. I want a single calendar that updates on either computer. Right now I see a calendar entry on both computers that show different entries. My laptop does show the personal calendar of my desktop but shows it as "Calendar in Personal Folder". |

Take a look here, it may help:

All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. That's because on the desktop PC, the PST you're referencing is the delivery location but on the laptop, it's not. Make the shared PST the delivery location on the laptop as well and you'll share the same mail, calendar, and everything else. Just remember what you won't be able to have both Outlook's open at the same time. -- Brian Tillman |

Brian - I have the shared pst. on the laptop but it also has a default pst
that resides on the laptop c drive. I've tried to change the default and/or remove the c drive pst but the system won't let me. I must not be doing what you have suggested. Can you talk me through your suggestion? In lieu of that can you point me to any xiting instructions? Thanks - HostDad94 "Brian Tillman" wrote: HostDad94 wrote: I just set-up a homenetwork with shared files for my Outlook email 2003. I've tried to change the default and/or remove the c drive pst but the system won't let me. Define "won't let me". To select what PST wil be your default delivery location, click ToolsE-Mail AccountsdNext and change the "Delivery new e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the bottom left. You CAN specify a network-shared PST because I've done it. -- Brian Tillman |
