Default colour-coding appointments

I am using the ancient Office 2000, and recently had to format the hard drive
due to a virus. I loaded everything back in, but I used to be able to
colour-code all appointments (they would print in in black within a coloured
box) and I can't seem to do this anymore. Any suggestions?

Ah how about you get a newer version?

I can't remember how to do it on 2000 'cause as you say it's ancient.
