Default Printing Calendar Details From OWA

From Outlook Web Access (SBS 2003, Exchange 2003, and IE 6) I'm trying to
find a way to print the calendar with a ‘Calendar Details Style’ like you can
from Outlook 2003? I understand that this is not a default option in OWA so
I'm looking for any suggestions on how one might go about accomplishing this.
Is there and kind of add-in, active-x control, Outlook form, or third party
item that would enable this option?

Thanks,
Toby
