We just recently upgraded to Office 2007 Enterprise at the college where i
work. We have encountered a problem where a user has a group schedule opened, and when they click on a particular user's calendar, it opens fine. However when they close that calendar it gives an error and will restart Outlook. This is happening on several different machines. I ran both Windows and Office updates. I re-created the group schedule using a different name, same problem. I tried the same user account on a different machine, same problem. I even tried just adding one name to the group schedule, and it errors out, and restarts Outlook. However the group schedule works fine for others with no problems at all. It also gives me the option to send the report to Microsoft, which i send everytime. Is this an Outlook 2007 issue or an Exchange issue? We are using Exchange 2003. |
