I work at a local college. We use Outlook and Exchange. We have set up
several accounts to be used solely for classroom scheduling. A group view has been created to show a time line view of each of the classrooms. Up until recently all "time" segments, showed either a grey background or info on what was scheduled. Now some of the room timelines look as always, but some have changed and now show nothing but a cross hatch pattern in ALL the time slots for that room. There is no obvious pattern of which room will be cross hatched or will show info. If I move my cursor over one of the cross hatched areas I get a message box that says..."No information. No free/busy information could be retrieved." If I look at the individual schedule for any of the rooms with cross hatching, I can see all the scheduled events that have been made for that room, they just seem to have diapered from the group view. Does any one have any idea what would cause this to occur. Any idea on what "switches" to look at to see if there is one that has been changed. Thanks for the help, Ralph Malph |
