In Outlook 2003, our users (at 1280x1024 resolution) were able to see at 15
minute increments, their calendar from about 8:00am to 6:00pm. In Outlook 2007, they can now only see from 8:00am to 3:00pm They do not want to change the appt increment to 30 minutes, but want to have the scale smaller so that they can see from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks. |

Collapse the Tasks Pane and you'll see more.
Right-click on the "scale" to set options. -- Bill R MVP "ls" wrote in message ... We already collapsed the tasks pane That is what let's us see up to 3:00pm.
I am not sure what you mean when you say "Right-click on the 'scale' to set options". What scale? We still want 15 minute increments. We just want the amount of space that represents 15 minutes to be say 75% of the height that currently represents 15 minutes. We looked at most options available including time font (which doesn't seem to do anything). "BillR [MVP]" wrote: Collapse the Tasks Pane and you'll see more. exactly what you refer to as the scale. Your term - not mine.

You said to "click on the scale" what do you want me to click on?
When I refer to scale I refer to the scale overall which onjects are displayed. It is not a physical object, button, etc. It is the normal definition of the word scale : "the ratio of distances" or "the relative size" or the many other similar definitions form dictionaries. Therefore it is not something clickable, yet you say to right click on the scale. So what are you referring to? "BillR [MVP]" wrote: exactly what you refer to as the scale. In Daily View do you see a "Scale" down the left side that shows the time
increments? Right-click on it!!!!!! -- Bill R MVP "ls" wrote in message ... You said to "click on the scale" what do you want me to click on?
