Default Can't Access Other's Calendars

Greetings:

I've mapped successfully to about 4 other user's calendars and have viewed
their calendars periodically.

Sometimes, when I click on the user's calendar for reviewing I get a
"Microsoft Office Outlook" dialog with the error message "The calendar folder
could not be found". If I exit Outlook and re-launch it then click on the
user's calendar it will work.

I don't want to be doing this. Any one have a solution? Please email me:

Thanks!

Hi

Sorry Im not replying to your problem but rather asking how you set up so
you can view other peoples calendars. I have read that this can only be done
on mail set up on an exchange server and not on mail set up as POP3. Do you
know if this correct

thanks

Exchange only, unless you use a third-party add-in. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

It is on Exchange. The user shares his calendar and his secretary opens that
shared calendar.
