Hi,
Any feedback would be appreciated. We have outlook 2003 sp2. Exchange Server is 2003 sp2. We have Calenders shared for users and then we have created a group under outlook to view all the users calendar schedule in 1 page instead of going into individual calenders. Now the problem we face is when I update a users calendar it updates and I can see when I open his calendar from my outlook. But it does not reflect the update in the group schedule which I created. It takes from 2 min to 15 mins to reflect the updated calendar of that user in the Group schedule. But if I close the entire outlook and open it again it at that moment it shows up the updated calendar in the group schedule. Thank You for your help. |
