Does anyone know whether there is an option to control the information held
in calender for a set period of time, like can be set on a PDA, For example I only wish appointments and calendar entries to be visable for today and six months in the past of today, and six months in the future. Or do i have to use Archiving or delete to remove the entries greater then six months old? |
