Is it possible to export multiple appointments, e.g., by categories? I'm
using Outlook 2003. I don't want to create a blank PST file just for those appointments. I've found a utility that claims can be do that into iCal appointments. While I managed to do that, I can't get the appointments back into Outlook, Outlook claims a problem with the Lunar calendar. My appointments weren't made in the Lunar calendar. I did have the lunar calendar as my alternate calendar, but I switched it off and it made no difference. Any help would be appreciated. |

What is the reason behind exporting the appointments? Are you trying to
store them somewhere, send them to someone, etc.? If you want to keep them in Outlook format it would be much better to save them in a new .PST... -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Sam" wrote: Is it possible to export multiple appointments, e.g., by categories? I want to create a file of important dates for my customers. They can
download that file and have everything set up for them through these appointments. I've also tried creating a Holiday file, but that doesn't give me sufficient details, e.g., reminders, etc. "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: What is the reason behind exporting the appointments? Have you asked the manufacturer of your iCal utility if they have any idea
why you might be having trouble getting the iCal files back into Outlook? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Sam" wrote: I want to create a file of important dates for my customers. No, I haven't, but I guess I can. It's just that the utility is over 2 years
old (the web site I got it from doesn't seem to have been updated for quite a while), so I suspect I may not get any support there... Perhaps they never made it compatible with Outlook 2003?
