Default How to disable Change Calendar TimeZone

I get a popup everytime I turn on my pc and open outlook saying:

=====================================
A change to '****' has occured, Appointments, meetings, and reminders will
be updated to reflect this changed.

For meetings you organized, an e-mail update will be sent to the attendees.
The update ensures that the meeting appears at the correct time.

Select the time zone in which you are usually located:

can any one please help me to turn this off, it is very annoying!

Hi Fei

You can do this using the registry editor in windows.
Click RUN type in regedit

IMPORTANT!! You should backup your current registry before making any changes.
You can do this when the editor opens using export.

When the edit window opens find HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Ca lendar.
Then create a DWORD value "DisableTimeZoneAutoPrompt" and set its value to
1.
This will stop the Change Calendar TimeZone prompt from popping up
automatically.

Hi Richard, I am not convienced using the registry editor. There should be a
function to disable the event unless it is a bug in outlook 2007.

Hey fellow Sandgropers. Thank God, i thought i was the only one experiencing
this annoying "better" version of Outlook. I am seriously considering
re-installing an earlier version of outlook. Also the Calendar views, and
Outlook Today view is revolting.
