I want to import a .VCS with a lot of important appointments. Importing goes
fine, but all the appointment are 1 hour later in Outlook. I think Outlook does this because my time-zone is GMT+1 en the times in the VCS-file are all GMT. How can I solve this problem? (I'm using Outlook 2007) |

The times in the VCS should be expressed in GMT and then Outlook should
adjust them based on your time zone. What time zone do you have set he Tools menu Options Calendar Time Zone "PS" wrote in message ... I want to import a .VCS with a lot of important appointments. First of all, thank you for your quick response.
My time-zone in my Outlook settings is "GMT+1: Amsterdam, Berlin...". (Which is correct, I do live in Holland) If I import my vCal-file [which contains app. 200 appointments (my school schedule for next two semesters)] Outlook does adjust the time zone. But I want Outlook to NOT adjust the time-zones. Because in the times in the vCal-file are local times (GMT+1) and Outlook thinks they are GMT. For example in the vCal: BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:Mechatronics Project C DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:WBTP211=0D=0AMechatronics Project DTSTART:20070903T104500 DTEND:20070903T124500 END:VEVENT The times in this file are GMT+1, local time (1045h and 1245h). But in my Outlook Agenda is said 11.45h and 13.45, which is wrong (I want it to be 1045 and 1245). I hope that you have a solution. Thanks in advance! Hmmm, not so sure but I'll see what can be done.
