I can print my own calendar, but I cannot print the calendars of otheres that
are shared to me , even when they share their calendars with "owner"
permissions. I am running Outlook 2003, any ideas?

What happens when you try? You should be able to print them, if you are
viewing the calendar when you go to file print. Tasks will not print - just
the calendar.

Hello Diane, thanks for responding. When I bring up my calendar and the
shared calendar of another person who has ganted me "owner" permissions, and
then try to print, only my calendae prints instead of both as on my Outlook
screen. If I just bring up the other persons calendar (and not my own), I get
the error message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If
the problem persists, restart Outlook." I have rebooted my workstation,
restarted Outlook, and always ge the same error when trying to print the
other persons calendar.

UPDATE: Thanks Diane, you gave me a hint when you said "... tasks will not
print" and I figured out what was happening. When I select print and the
print window pops up, there is a button under "Print Style" for "Page setup".
In the "page setup" window you can select under "Include:" the following

TaskPad
Notes area (blank)
Notes area (lined)

If you check the box for TaskPad, the print operation will fail, the other
two are OK. My box for TaskPad was cheked, and that was causing the failure,
I've unchecked that box and everything works just fine.
