Is there an easy way to merge calendars in Outlook? I have 2 calendars in my
Outlook one with events for different groups I oversee. I want to have one calendar where they all appear, but still have the others for printing that only have their specific events. Any Ideas? |

switch to a table view (by category works well) and Select All the itemsi n
the second calendar and drag them to the first. Before printing, create a view that filters out the items you don't want to include in the print out. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "jfortino" wrote in message ...
