Brian,
Thanks for your help. Rules: there are 2 for a couple of e-newsletters that I want to go to my InBox instead of to Junk. Alert Wizard: nothing there I haven't worked with add-ins before but this is what I found: There were 2 COM Add-in's: iTunes (I unchecked it) & back-up which was not checked. There are 4 in the Add-In Manager: PAV, MAPISENSOR, Exchange Extensions property pages, Windows CE Support ... all are checked. What next? Jon "Brian Tillman" wrote: JPZ wrote: How can I determine what it is? I didn't change or reset or add anything ... just went to Outlook last week & started clearing my deleted file & saw all the old app'ts in there. I'd start with the COM Add-ins and Add-In Manager dialogues, then proceed to the Rules and Alerts Wizard. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Brian,
This was the first time I've ever been to the Add-In Manager. Maybe some program added them, just like iTunes automatically added itself to the COM add-ins. I'll disable them & wait a day to see if there are further deletions. I'll
let you know. Thanks! "Brian Tillman" wrote: JPZ wrote: This was the first time I've ever been to the Add-In Manager.
