Running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. We have several administrative
assistants who must manage multiple calendars for users using delegate access. Consequently, they have multiple calendars displayed at one time. How do you go about searching multiple calendars for something at one time? I have been unable to figure it out and haven't found anything in newsgroups or Google about how to do this. I would think this would be a common request. I've tried using Lookout but that won't work if you're using delegate access. Can someone help me here? Is there a third-party product that will do this? Does it work in Outlook 2007 perhaps? Thanks in advance. Randy |
