Hi folks,
Migrated to Exchange 2003 this weeknd from having our ISP host our e-mail. Most things are working well, but on some of my users, I'm getting a balloon message "Cannot start the reminder service. Unable to show reminder". And sure enough, reminders are not popping up. I tried to do the /resetfolders switch, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. When I set up the Exchange profile on Outlook 2003, I copied the inbox and folders, did a copy of the .pst calendar to the Exchange mailbox calendar (it created a new calendar, instead of putting the data into the existing mailbox calendar, but I guess that's OK), and did a copy of the contacts. Any idea why the reminder service isn't working? Do I need to stop and restart something? Thanks for any help! Mike |
