I have constantly updating subscribed calendars from Google Calendar, these
are updates i make to them in different categories from several different public workstations, that i can keep track of anywhere. On my main computer I would like to use Microsoft Office as sort of a central hub to all of this, These categories represent things that will occur in MY calendar only. so there won't be any conflicts or anything like that. Whenever any of these calenders is updated, I would like them to be merged into my main calendar. I'm using office 2007. Normally i would be ok with the calendars being displayed separately but outlook won't notify me of upcoming events. Remember I have 3 different calendars which represent 3 categories of things in my schedules, and i want to concatenate all 3 calendars into my main calendar in outlook every time they update. Or at the very least have outlook display them as upcoming appointments. |
