Default set to default

I have Windows Vista Business with Office professional 2007.
I am using a Sony Vaio and Palm Treo750 for mobile sync.
How do i disable :
Windows Calendar
Windows Contacts
Windows Mail
In order to set outlook 2007 to default in all areas which would also make
the sync facility easier to use and control.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't know why you believe you need to disable anything.

Have you looked at Window ButtonSet Program Defaults?
