I currently use my personal calendar in Outlook 2003 to store all my
appointments, however, I also need to enter them onto an organisational shared calendar. When I enter the appointment into my personal calendar, is there any way that it can automatically copy into the shared calendar without me having to do this manually? If so, will appointments that I have marked as private also be copied? Many thanks Carol |
