just x-post the "calendaring" newsgroup
"P.Schuman" wrote in message ... I think it's more of the drag and drop with the side by side views. Not sure if there is a way to actually "marry" the 2 calendars. The problem I noticed, is that if I drag an entry from one calendar to the other, it's just a "box" and I can re-paste it anywhere on the other calendar which totally destroys the actual date/time information. "DJ" wrote in message ... I am using Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server Enterprise 2007 and Outlook 2007 for shared calendars. I would like to synchronize appointments between my outlook calendar and a shared vacation calendar. I can copy an appointment to the shared vacation calendar but, if I change that appointment on my outlook calendar it doesn't change on the vacation calendar. Any ideas? |

Thanks for the help x-post? How do you use it from outlook? You can't crosspost with Outlook, since Outlook doesn't read newsgroups. You can't make any posts to newsgroups with Outlook. "X-post" is another way of saying "crosspost" and this message, like the one you posted, is already crossposted to m.p.outlook.calendaring and m.p.sharepoint.general. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
