Is there an easy way to schedule an appointment 30 days in advance or 30 days
prior to a specific date in MS Calendar. For Example: You need to schedule something 14 days prior to October 21, 2007, or 30 days after October 21, 2007 without having to actually count the days. |

Click GoGo to Date and enter "14 days before October 21" or "30 days after October 21" to jump the the day. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

open a blank item by clicking on the day you want to start counting (or
typing the date in the date field), then type '14d before' or '30d' more on date shortcuts: http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2006/20060111.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Jackie" wrote in message ...
