I use OL2003 on Exchange 2003.
When I set up a meeting request to invite internal staff to meeting on occasion their free/busy it shows as No information. To be aware the appointments are within the default 2 month setting of what is published by Exchange so that is not the issue. However its been noted that this does not seem to be consistant. For example if I invite User X and cannot see their free/busy as it shows as No Information, another user could send an invite to the same User (User X) and yet they will be able to see their free/busy times. There seems to be no consistancy. Are there any known issues with Meeting requests in OL2003 or can anyone advise any other areas that would need to be checked? |
