Outlook calendar items not showing but showing in OWA

On a seperate PC: I have created a brand new login profile on a different machine running Outlook 2007 with exactly the same results. However, when accessing my mailbox using OWA I can see my appointments. I suspect something is wronng with the operation of Cached Exchange mode.
