I use outlook to keep my appts with my blackberry but I don't always need the
30mins that it defaults to. I'd like to be able to change it to a less amount of time. Is it possible |

Is it possible Are you speaking of the default duration of an appointment? If so, 30 minutes is the minimum in the New Appointment form. If you want a smaller value, you can set your calendar time scale to a smaller value and then preselect the range before clicking New. You can, of course, adjust the duration while in the New Appointment (or Meeting) form prior to saving it. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
