Default Importing vcalendar in Outlook 2007

When I import vcalendar files into Outlok 2007 the appointment times are set
back 5 hours. I am in the central zone, if they were exactly GMT they would
be 6 hours, but I need to know how to reset this so i can import the files
and get correct times.

Where did they originate from and what time is used in them?
If you open them directly and then use Save and Close is the time effected?

DST is affecting the time offset... for another month the offset is 5 hrs.

If there are more than a few appointments, I'd probably import them, move
them to a different folder and set the computer time so the appointments are
correct, export them to excel, fix the computer time and import.
