I've never heard of a product called "Office Calendar". Please state
exactly what you did.

and now i can't find the synchronization tool bar to sync with the office
server.

I've never seen a sync toolbar in Outlook. Care to describe it? State as
well what version of Outlook and what type of server you're using.

It's Microsoft Outlook and usually on the tool bar there is an icon that
allows me to sync with the group server we use in the office. The icon is a
crossed wrench & hammer on the left side and then reversed arrows on a globe
on the right side. When you click on the icon you get a text box that says
processing group calendar.

Can you describe what application that icon represents? Could you define
"group server"? What type(s) of account do you have set up in Outlook? You
still haven't stated Outlook's version.
