Monthly Calendar Printing
I need to print a montly calendar but want to condense the Saturday and
Sunday into one box as it was in Office 2003 to make better use of space. I looked in calendar assist but it was not an option there either. Thanks for any assistance.

Monthly Calendar Printing
You can use my free Outlook add-in available at www.moreproductivenow.com.
It includes an Outlook-compatible Calendar window; if you go into Options on the menu for that window, there is a "Compress Weekend Days" checkbox. Phil Seeman, More Productive Now!
