Default Meeting Request

Just upgrade to Exchange 2007, Users are using outlook 2003

When creating a meeting User A has sent a meeting request to User A,B,C
User D- A,B and C recieve the invite. Now user D is a Delegate on User A's
Outlook Calendering. Is there a reason this would happen.

Another case of the same thing happening. User A schedule a meeting for User
B. Inviting user C,D,and E. User A and B recieve the response from all
attandees. Users A and B are delegates for each other.

Any way to correct this from happening?
