I publish my calendar with Microsoft Office live and my secretary can view
through that access on her Outlook 07. She views her calendar for her events, my calendar for my appointments, and the other partner's calendar on her desktop. The problem is that when she needs to schedule an appointment in my calendar, it also places it in her's too. I have no problem accepting the emails and having the appt. being placed in my calendar, but how can she avoid it showing up in her personal calendar too? |

It really sounds like a 3rd party solution would be better for you. You can
find some he http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm Either that or maybe use Windows SharePoint Server. Subscription services should be available. I actually thought the Office Share Calendar was read only by those subscribing to it. -- Bill R "Drivethrulawyer" wrote in message ... i think what is happening is that she is adding appointments by sending them
as meeting requests, and when he accepts them they are added to her calendar, becuase she sent the request--even though the appointment may not be with her.
