Default DST - Outlook time zone tool

Help! Outlook tool not working as advertised.

The Outlook tool clearly states "use the /FORCEREBASESUPPRESSALLUPDATES
option to fix resource mailboxes". However when I run TZMOVE with that option
I get the following error:

"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid."

This error is also returned when I try the
/FORCEREBASESUPPRESSEXCHANGEUPDATES options.

I have tried downloading V2 again and checked the file versions against the
doco in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667. All tells me I'm running V2,
but those options don't work! How can I fix resource mailboxes without those
switches?

Being able to run TZMOVE.EXE with /? or -? and have it return the command
line options would be great, but that just returns the error "Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." as well.

Has anyone had this issue????
