Hi,
We are using a public calendar under public folder list in Outlook 2000 for which i am the owner. I need to import appointments to that calendar through CSV files.. I tried to export files from the calendar into csv format and i was successful. and after updating entries into the csv file i am not able to import the file. I am not able to see the public calendar where i need to select the destination folder during improt wizard. Appreciate your help. thanks, srikanth |

![]() I don't believe it's possible to import into a public folders. Instead, create a new calendar folder in your data store, import into that, then move the imported items to the public folder. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] Brian, Thank you for your response. I have created a calendar folder in my data store and imported necessary appointments in to it. Can you please help me how to import from my calendar folder to public calendar folder thanks, srikanth |
