I would like to be able to see the room bookings of two room resource
calendars in a single calendar view and potentially to print/export. Is there a way to do this in Outlook? I don't want to copy/transfer this information to achieve the result as that would introduce the potential for error. Thanks in advance! Training Goddess |

outlook 2003 doe not support such a feature. You'll need to upgrade to 2007.

That I know how to do, but unfortunately, it doesn't allow me to export/print
as a single calendar list. Here's why I'm looking for a solution: I would like to book all the training sessions we offer in multiple rooms. Then, I'd like to be able to collate them into a single calendar for the purpose of promoting these training sessions. Thanks in advance. Cheers! Diane, thank-you for the creative work-around. Not quite what I had in mind
and a bit more work than I would like, but it certainly will do the job. I sincerely appreciate your response! Cheers! Use a table view and it'll be easy to copy the appointments... create a filtered view so you only copy the upcoming appointments. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Training Goddess" wrote in message ...
