I am responsible for scheduling meetings for several managers. I want to
"invite" attendees from my calendar so I can get the responses (i.e., notes, lunch orders, etc.) but since I am not attending the meetings, I don't want them to populate my calendar. I considered building some extra calendars in the Public Folders section and scheduling from there, but before I go to all that trouble, is there another way? Thank you! |
