Default Looking at attendees in a public folder calendar

I don't think its anything specific the the meeting. Do you have any
add-ins installed?

Oddly enough.....I am just closing it, clicking on the X and the meeting
STILL saves in my calendar. I know it's odd....that's why I am looking
for a
work around or maybe the user set the meeting/appointment up the wrong
way.
Thanks for your reply though!!

are you opening it then hitting save and close to close it? Just close
(file
menu or x) instead.

Whenever I "look" at a meeting in a public folder calendar....it adds
the
meeting to my personal calendar. All I'm looking for is who is in the
meeting. I don't want it added to my personal calendar.

Thanks,
