I just switched to outlook 2007 and am having issues printing out the month
view for my appointments. In the previous version of outlook i was able to print the month and my appointment details printed out in full, in other words, the text would wrap so that i could see all the text of the Subject for each appointment. In the new version, the text does not wrap and is cut off by the width of the box. I did my research and I stumbled upon the printing assistant, which does wrap the text. Hwever, the date placement is terrible because its on the background of each box, rather than at the top. The printout is therefore very messy because the text of my appointments is on top of the date. So i have two questions: 1. Using just the print capabilites of Outlook 2007, can I get the month view to print out such that all the text for my appointment subjects wrap and display properly? OR 2. If I have to use the printing assistant, is there some way to change the placement of the date such that it is not in the background of each box? I would like the date to appear above each box. Thanks! |
