Hi,
I am trying to extend free/busy time from two months to 12 months via KB867504. I was able to do this successfully for Outlook 2003 users, but my Outlook XP users are not getting the change. I have installed both ork.exe and orktools.exe per the KB and still no luck. Any ideas why the XP users aren't changing? Thanks, George |
