Default How do I delete future repeating appointments.

I had an organizer invite me to a never ending appointment for a project. The
project has ended. How do I delete the future repeating appointments with out
effecting the ones in the past?

Thanks
MICHAEL

You could put an end dat on the recurrence, but that will regenerate the
base appointment so that if there were any exceptions, they will be removed.
If you don't care about the exceptions, then that's the way to go. If you
do care about the exceptions, export the calendar to a CSV. Recurrent
events with no end date can't be exported and are converted to individual
calendar entries and you get to choose the range of the export. Edit the
exported file to remove all but the particular event. Then delete the
original event and import the CSV file, which will add the limited event
back to your calendar, keeping the exceptions.

Be careful exporting to CSV - any embedded files or attachments you had would
get lost.

You could also try this:
CONTROL+G to open the recurrence dialog
if "no end date" is selected:
set the "end date" near the bottom right to today's date

Hope that helps,

Yea, that was one of my suggestions, but as I said, doing that will
regenerate the event and wipe out any exceptions.
