There are two methods, right click the appointment and drag it to the date navigator and select "copy" or use a third party program WS Repeat Appointments which allows you to set a non-standard recurring appointment.

A pretty much random pattern...the above worked fine but how do you do
this when sending it out to a group say....i forgot to say outlook 2007
